Videos not playing

Cannot seem to get the videos to load. Does anyone know if there is a problem?

There was a post about this before and I think Mike can help you out!!.

In the meantime, make sure you are using Firefox and not Internet Explorer. Firefox, just works much better.

Are you getting any kind of error?? Try clearing cookies and cache - reboot and then try to play them again.

That is all I know to do.

Mike will be around soon and I know he will have a better answer. I know it is frustrating so the stuff I suggested may be worth a try, I just don't know if it will work. Sorry

By the way - you can download Firefox for free - just google it.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have tried all of your recommendations and still having problems. I could watch them all just the other day, now none of them seem to be playing....hmmmm

Mike and Pete check in often, so I am sure you will get an answer soon. Also, make sure you have the latest version of flashplayer....
